  • 1.Members may report to the company if they become aware of other members' violations of their terms and conditions and operational policies, or have been affected by them.

  • 3.Related accounts may be temporarily restricted in the process of investigating what has been received through the customer center.
  • 4.Through the customer center, members can raise various inquiries, requests, suggestions, and sanctions related to account theft, reporting of defective users, including game services.
  • 5.Report/inquiry and objection methods are as follows.

  • If a member's objection is deemed reasonable, the company will immediately lift the sanctions applied to the member and adjust and restore the adjusted items, etc.
  • Reporting "account theft" and damage investigation are possible up to 15 days, including the date of damage.
  • An objection can be filed within 15 days from the time of the sanctions.

  • 6.When reporting a bug, compensation can be paid to the operator according to the severity of the bug case only to the first reporting user.

    • Article 3 Operational Standards and Special Policies

  • 1.The company does its best to prevent actions that violate its terms and conditions and operational policies and to provide smooth game services.
  • 2.The company does not intervene in disputes between members from a neutral standpoint. However, if a dispute between members involves an act that violates the terms and conditions and operational policies or interferes with the normal operation of the game service, the necessary measures may be taken after reviewing the matter from a neutral standpoint.
  • 3.The company handles members' personal information and credit information safely as prescribed by Acts and subordinate statutes and the privacy policy. Except as otherwise provided for in the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, the company, executives, employees, and operators of the company shall not request or disclose members' personal information, account information, passwords, etc.
  • 4.The company receives reports of bugs and errors in game services through customer centers and community sites, and strives to deal with them quickly.
  • 5.Company and its employees and operators may or may not give limited answers to updates, development directions, and other game characteristics that cannot be disclosed.


    • Article 4 Standards for Name Management

  • 1.The term "name" means any type of name set by a member himself/herself to identify a character, group, etc. within a game service.
  • 2.In principle, members are free to set their names.
  • 3.Notwithstanding paragraph (2), the following names shall be restricted from use, and sanctions may be applied to the use of the following names.

  •   (2) Names containing abusive and profanity, advertising, and sensational content
  •   (3) racial and gender-discriminatory names
  •   (4) Name deemed intended to condemn, insult, or defame a particular person, organization, organization, region, religion, etc
  •   (5) Name that impersonates a company, employee, person concerned, or operator of the company
  •   (6) Name that shows the intention of fostering accounts or exchanging items for cash or in kind
  •   (7) Names deemed to infringe or cause damage to third-party trademarks and copyrights

    • Article 5 Sanctions Policy

  • 1.The types of sanctions are as follows.

  •   (2) Restrictions on permanent use of games (hereinafter referred to as "permanent"): Sanctions that permanently restrict the use of games and related services.
  •   (3) Restrictions on the use of games: Sanctions restricting the use of games and related services for a certain period of time.
  •   (4) Warning: temporary sanctions such as game access restrictions, no chats, behavior restrictions, forced character name changes, GM/CM caution, and recommendations.
  •   (5) Adjustment of items, etc.: Sanctions that delete character information, items, paid content, etc. related to violations of the terms and conditions or change the quantity and nature of them.
  •   (6) IP blocking: Sanctions restrict access to games or services in certain IPs.
  • 2.If a company imposes sanctions under paragraph (1), it may recover or adjust profits (items, experience values, etc.) related to violations of terms and conditions, and initialize game use information or restrict the use of some contents and access environment for violations of terms and conditions that are difficult to calculate related profits, such as bug abuse or illegal program use.
  • 3.All responsibilities for account theft or violation of the terms and conditions that occurred during account sharing due to reasons attributable to the member shall be borne by the party violating the terms and conditions and the member who is the account holder, and sanctions may apply to both parties' accounts.
  • 4.If more than one violation of the terms and conditions is identified at the same time, the company may impose sanctions corresponding to each act.
  • 5.The Company may also apply sanctions against any member who has processed or conspired to violate the terms and conditions of another member or who has helped to violate the terms and conditions or has unfairly benefited from it. If another member acquires an item acquired in violation of the terms and conditions, the company may recover the item.
  •   (1) Even if the sanctions set by the sanctions table occur, they may not be sanctioned or may be sanctioned weaker than the sanctions table in consideration of the specific situation at the time of violation of the terms and conditions or the degree of impact on the service.
  •   (2) Considering the specific situation at the time of violation of the terms and conditions and the degree of impact on the service, it can be punished more strongly than the sanctions regulation set in the sanctions table at the judgment of the business operator.
  • 6.Even if it is not listed in the sanctions table, sanctions may be applied to acts that violate the terms and conditions and related laws depending on their severity.

    • Article 6 Long-term Unaccessed Account Policy

If in-game records can be checked due to communication service technology, recovery is possible to the extent that it does not affect game balance..
  • 2.Article 1 Members wishing to recover their game usage information must apply for recovery through the customer center within 7 days from the date of loss or change.
  • 3.The application for recovery pursuant to Paragraph 2 must be submitted directly by the owner of the account whose game usage information has been lost or changed, and third parties are not permitted to apply on behalf of the user.
  • 4.The company may modify, change, or delete the customer's character and item information after prior notice to the customer through game planning or operational judgment, and individual recovery is not possible.
  • 5 Additionally, paid content may be modified, changed, or deleted if deemed necessary for game planning or operation (game balancing, etc.). In this case, the company must notify you 7 days in advance, and it may be modified, changed, or deleted within the game at the company's discretion. The customer must compensate with other usable items of similar value, and the customer cannot claim separate compensation for damages related to the company's actions..
  • 6.Loss or change of game usage information in the following cases is not subject to recovery or compensation for damages.
  •   (1)Damage caused by the member's own negligence or failure to understand the game system, notices, terms and conditions, and operating policies.
  •   (2) Damage caused by members’ normal use of game services, such as item enhancement, synthesis, store sales, etc.
  •   (3) Any damage caused by using game services in a manner not recognized by the company, such as item trading and account trading and sharing.
  •   (4) Damage caused by device change or device reset
  •   (5) Damage from guild dissolution
  •   (6) Damage caused by not accurately verifying transaction information such as item name, price, and quantity when registering/selling/purchasing an item on an exchange
  •   (7) Damage caused by problems between members without the company’s intervention, such as in-game fraud
  •   (8) In case of damage such as account theft due to the member's negligence in account management

  • ※ Matters not specified in this policy and interpretation of this policy shall be governed by the ‘Terms of Use’, and other matters shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial practices.
